The Electrical Department is responsible for implementing all power, lighting, and smart systems within the project. It covers electrical wiring, interior and exterior lighting, backup power systems, and low current systems.
Power Works
– Includes cables, distribution boards, control panels, and main/sub-main power supply systems.
Lighting Systems
– Covers lighting for rooms, corridors, façades, and emergency lighting.
– Purpose: To provide appropriate visibility and enhance the aesthetic of the building.

– Includes UPS systems, generators, and uninterruptible power supply units.
– Purpose: To ensure continuous operation during power outages.
Low Current Systems
– Covers fire alarm systems, CCTV, network infrastructure, audio systems,and access control.
– Purpose: To support smart infrastructure, safety, and security of the facility.
